South St. Petersburg CRA (TIF) Grant Webinar

This online webinar will instruct attendees on how to complete applications for the South St. Petersburg Tax Increment Financing (TIF) grant programs. Information will include important pointers on eligible projects, where to get construction estimates, providing parcel and ownership information, and an overview of the grant review process and criteria. The Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation will also be present to answer questions and offer possible bridge financing. Once you are registered, you will need to click "Continue" and proceed to the registered event page to find the link to the webinar session and the printable presentation. Follow the link to the webinar and register with the information you provided for the event registration. To receive credit for the workshop, you must complete the survey at the end of the webinar video. A link to the survey will also be emailed to you after completing the webinar recording in the event you will need to complete at a later date.
