Nonprofit organizations are addressing the world's greatest social, environmental and economic challenges. In Pinellas County, the number one capacity-related concern for nonprofits, outside of funding, is organizational relationship and networks, according to a 2018 study conducted by the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg. Nonprofit Connect will be a monthly event designed to connect nonprofit organizations in the St. Petersburg community while driving innovation and sustainability through collaborative content sessions. As the Greenhouse continues to expand our offerings to meet the needs of our clients, we've heard a loud request for more programming specifically crafted for our nonprofit community. We are pleased to announce that starting in March we will be offering Nonprofit Connect. The inaugural session is designed to be exploratory in nature - we need your input to shape the most effective programming for you. The purpose of the Nonprofit Connect: 1. Give nonprofit leaders a place to gather and learn. Provide topics for discussion as well as the opportunity for informal networking. 2. Encourage the inclusion of nonprofit organizations in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of St Petersburg. 3. Strengthen the nonprofit community by encouraging collaboration between organizations and with the government and for-profit sectors.
