South St. Petersburg CRA (TIF) Grant Workshop (Webinar)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CRA GRANT WEBINAR AND CRA GRANT YOUTUBE VIDEO Attendance at the CRA Grant Workshop, viewing of the CRA Grant Webinar, or viewing of the CRA Grant YouTube Video is a required component of the South St. Petersburg Grant Application. This workshop* will instruct attendees on how to complete applications for the South St. Petersburg Tax Increment Financing (TIF) grant programs. Information will include important pointers on eligible projects, where to get construction estimates, providing parcel and ownership information, and an overview of the grant review process and criteria. The Tampa Bay Black Business Investment Corporation will also be present to answer questions and offer possible bridge financing. To receive credit for viewing the CRA Grant Webinar OR CRA Grant YouTube Video applicants MUST: 1.) Complete the webinar registration process at The Greenhouse website (www.stpetegreenhouse.org/events ) 2.) Access the handout and CRA Grant Quiz from The Greenhouse website upon completion of registration (right click and open in new window/tab to keep event page open) 3.) View the CRA Grant Webinar OR YouTube Video (right click and open in new window/tab to keep event page open) 4.) Email quiz responses to BOTH tony.chan@stpete.org AND tracey.smith@stpete.org Registration, viewing of the webinar or video, and submission of quiz responses MUST BE completed by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11. If you are disconnected or need access to the materials, webinar and video at a later time, do the following: 1) Log back into your Client Dashboard from the Greenhouse Calendar page (http://stpetegreenhouse.com/DashboardSignIn) 2) Once logged in, click on the webinar event in the Registered Events/Workshops section. 3) Materials will be available in the event page, but only visible clients who have registered for the event.
