Goal Accountability Project (GAP) Information Session

Greenhouse Launches New Accountability Program for Second Stage Businesses About the Program: “Bridging the GAP in your success: The Goal Accountability Project” is a collaboration with The Greenhouse and Pinellas County SCORE. GAP brings together a select group of business owners for an 8-week / 4-meeting series starting on July 23. Participants will learn effective goal setting skills and will be teamed up with accountability partners to provide reinforcement, encouragement and support throughout the series. “Bridging the GAP in your success: The Goal Accountability Project” will be facilitated by Sheila Hooper Neisler, co-chair of Pinellas County SCORE and owner of Catalyst – A Marketing Company. A St. Pete native, she has adapted this series from a similar group she led in North Carolina. “Our focus was on developing an accountability process, not looking at the goals but rather the steps required to achieve the goals. We created a routine, a discipline and a safe, collaborative environment which resulted in 66% of the participants being more focused on achieving goals and a whopping 90% more confident about their goals, their efforts and their success! Eligibility: Participation in “Bridging the GAP” is $50, with the orientation/launch session being No Cost. Light refreshments are included. “Bridging the GAP” is open to graduates of the Entrepreneurial Academy, Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), Greenhouse clients with existing businesses and St. Petersburg’s 2nd stage business owners. The initial class will be limited to 20 individuals and participants must complete an application to be selected.
