A Roadmap to Sustainable Giving” directly addresses the confusion many nonprofits face in fundraising. This workshop provides a step-by-step pathway for building an effective FY26 fundraising plan and shows you how to move from reactive fundraising to purposeful, sustainable strategies that strengthen your organization.
This workshop guides you in making fundraising strategic rather than reactive.
We will identify how structured planning connects fundraising directly to your mission, clarifies organizational goals, and enables you to choose the right mix of revenue streams, including individual donors and major gifts, as well as corporate partnerships and foundations.
We’ll emphasize that fundraising succeeds through relationships—building trust, communicating impact, and connecting donors to your organization’s purpose. When these relationships are intentional, fundraising becomes an invitation to meaningful participation rather than just an ask for money.
By session’s end, you’ll have clear tools and a practical roadmap to develop an effective, sustainable fundraising strategy that directly supports your mission and grows your community of committed supporters.
A minimum registration of 5 confirmed in-person attendees is required to present this hybrid workshop. Please consider in-person attendance an opportunity to network and expand your business connections while building business capacity.
